Improved User Setup – User setup has been somewhat more consolidated and explicit. You can now find a user setup icon on the menu that replaces the previous groups icon. In this screen you will be able to set permissions for a certain grower by adding the correct producers and internal business users at the same time 

  1. Import Growers, Farms and Field boundaries as you normally would 
  2. Go to the “Manage Users” icon on the menu and add a user as you normally would 
  3. Go to the “User Setup” icon on the menu 
    1. Select a grower group (directly tied to your list of growers) to edit 
    2. Click the add producer user button and add the producers that should have access to view this grower’s data 
    3. Click the add internal user button and add the internal users that should have access to view this grower’s data 
    4. Updates and instant as soon as a user is added or removed from a grower, thus there is no reason to save changes unless you change the grower’s name 

Multiple Crop Support – Now you are able to add up to 2 crops on a given field instead of one. This is to help support intercropping, split fields, and fields with irrigation that have different corner crops 

  1. Navigate to the field details page for a given field 
  2. On the right side of the page is the add crop button. If there is already one crop on the field, you will see a button for “add second crop” 
  3. This will navigate you to the add crop form (note that the crop must be unique from the crop that is already on the field I.e., can’t have 2 corn crops) 
  4. Note that to open up a slot for a new crop to be added, the old crop must be harvested first by editing the crop and adding a harvest date to it
