How do I import customer fields/shapefiles? You can add fields manually or by importing shapefiles. Importing Shapefiles Click Fields. Click on the Import Fields button to do a bulk import with shapefiles. Shapefiles should include a .zip extension, and be in .dbf, .shp, or .shx format. WGS84 schema shapefiles work best.
Add Pictures to a Scouting Report
How do I add pictures to a scouting report? When scouting a field and adding an observation you can click the Add Photo button. This is done in the trip itself and will appear automatically in the report once created.

How do I use the spray advisor? Click on Farms in the menu. Select a farm. The Field Details window opens. Select a field. The Field Details window opens. Click Spray Advisor. Fill in all necessary fields (one field minimum) and click Run. A report opens indicating times suitable for spraying.
